Breaking the Ice of Talking to Strangers and Prospects

Don’t talk to strangers!  But we have to…..all the time in fact.  As human beings, we crave interactions and relationships  with each other and yet, one of the most difficult things to do is talk to strangers.  What happens when you find yourself in that situation at a networking event or tradeshow?  This is worth probing because in Sales and Marketing much of our time is spent not just talking, but hoping to entice “strangers,” or business prospects.
